I got a problem with new event

I finished chapter 2 of new event few hours ago, that means i have upgraded the new building to lv2 right?
but when i open the game later, i found the new building downgrade back to lv1, but chapter 2 still finished, and at this moment, i cant get any snowflakes from chopping icytrees, what can i do??? spend diamond?

Have you tried a force close?

If it doesn't resolve itself, maybe try sending a ticket to S8:

Regarding the drops from Icy Trees, no drops are available between chapters, so do as much chopping/collecting before you finish the Chapter.
In the last few previous Storybook goals this has always been case so I have always kept collecting items during the day before completing the Chapter.
