Current quest problem!! Dragon Level 11?

The quest is at Part 5 of 6 and section 2. Only 1 more day to complete and earn the special dragon!
Current quest tells me to raise my Ignus Dragon to level 11.
I am a level 51 player and my Ignus Dragon says MAX LEVEL at 10.
Cannot finish this if this is not fixed!

THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I AM UNABLE TO COMPLETE A QUEST BECAUSE I CANNOT RAISE MY DRAGONS PAST LEVEL 10!

To raise your dragons past level 10, you will need to purchase the Noble Crystal. (In market under buildings).

Thx! 500,000 is a lot, but I expected Storm8 to charge Gold. Wonderful !:D
