I love this game but since the recent upgrade I can no longer play. I start the game and it drops out. I sometimes get half way or all the way through a game where I have won bingos then the game drops out and I lose all the benefits of that round. It's so frustrating. I'm using my iPad to play the game, I never had an issue before the upgrade. Any suggestions, or do I have to give up playing?

Make sure you have the most current apple software update for your device.
Try going to settings- safari and clear out data, then restart your device.

I also had this issue back in Sept of last year. Was told by customer support to make sure my internet connection was stable. I just suddenly started seeing this after an update, and I have very steady internet at home. I stopped playing after not getting any help from Customer support. Just started playing again last week, and haven't experienced this issue.
