Video not loading on Dragon Story

On all occasions, free gift, spin to win and the tournament I have the option to view but the video won't load so I'm losing out on these advantages. I have reloaded and rebooted but it makes no difference. What's the problem?

I'm having the same issue! I had no troubles before yesterday evening. I'm missing out on valuable extra battle rounds!!! :eek:

I'm having the same issue but time is running out and some of us would have gotten more spins or not had to use gold to move forward. How does that work?

The development team looked into this yesterday. There was a brief outage with the service that hosts the videos. Please let me know if you're still having issues.

Watching a video to be able to go right back into the battle arena isn't working. I watch the video to 'finish now' and when it's over the timer still shows I have to wait.

I'm lucky to get any bonus battles. I thought the feature didn't work at all but it runs the video & leaves the finish icon on the bottom which goes away when I select it. I've never been able to win a battle dragon & have been playing on different devices for years.

Have been dealing with the issues as per title of this thread. Mentions over & over again, Sorry video failed to load. Please try again later. Restarted device, closed the game & returned and a few other methods, but hitting this same message.

Exactly the same with me.
surely there has been sufficient time to correct this by now? It does affect progress in dragon tales & tournament.
I believe a company which valued its' customers would be offering the 4 gold per battle which this continued failure is costing us, at 3 videos per day that is 12 gold per day which should be given until they can fix this. there never seems any urgency to correct problems.
