Videos to speed up cooking not working [Archive]

I am trying to watch adds to speed up my cooking but it keeps saying sorry but the video failed to load, this has happened quit a few times already. Is this happening to anybody else? Please fix this

Please try collection some coins or visit a neighbor then try the video again.
You can also try force closing and restarting your game.

I have already tried everything. I am still unable to get the videos to load. I am going to contact support right now but I know it takes forever for them to respond

Sometimes I have to try several times before I can get it to load. Try different times of the day or check your connection and see if that helps.

My free videos haven't been working either since yesterday. I've tried everything. They don't even process or try to load before giving the cannot load pop up. Seems to have started after the update yesterday.

Mine worked fine today as well. Strange that it was only bakery story that was affected. I play castle story and had no problem at all with the videos on there.

For the past 2 days I try to watch a video to get a gem. When I click on the Free Gems it says prossesing and says Sorry the Video Failed to Load, Please try again later. This has been going to on 2 days now. My tablet is updates with the lastest IOS. The game is up to date also. Is anyone else anything the same problem?

For 4 days I have tried to get gems by watching videos. It says prossesing and then says Sorry The Video Can't Load, Please Try Again. I keep trying and nothing. I had the latest IOS. I restated my iPad and nothing gets the videos to play for gems. The Resturant Story Watch Videos for Free Gems works. What happened?

There might be no videos available to watch. Just wait a few hours and try again. Not much we as players can do, you can contact Support and send a ticket
