Cant watch videos

My videos for free gems has not worked since 12-31-16. I may get one video to play but the next one fails to load. Now I cant get it to work at all. Have turned device off many times. Its the only way to get it off the "proccessing" screen

The same here with me in dragon story. I suddenly didn't receive videos to watch anymore but finally yesterday they apeared back on my screen but they are not working, I have logged out played turned my ipad off but nothing works.
