View Full Version : RS issue have to regularly restart device

I have 2 accounts that encounter the same issue but only on RS not bs
Every 4-6 hours and always upon first opening the app in morning the game says processing, then freezes and shows all my food as either finished or spoiled. The only remedy is restarting devices.
I'm currently using iPhone 7 and iPad Air 2 but this also was happening on my previous iPhone 5s. It's been happening since I started playing but only RS.

I have been having exactly the same problem on my 2 Restaurants, and I have emailed Storm 8 for help several times. Eventually, about 2 months go I had a reply saying they knew there was this problem and we're working to right it. But this has been happening for at least 6 months now and nothing is happening. PLEASE Storm 8 DO something. I'm getting fed up with this. I've been playing for over 6/7 years now but I'm seriously feeling like giving up and playing another cooking game not by Storm 8.

I have the same problem. It's only with RS like you said. BS is fine. It's extremely annoying.
