Hi, I've purchased gold many times and often had some of it disappear on me. What usually happens is that when I buy 5 new lives using 20 gold, upon using the first life I discover the remaining 4 have simply disappeared and I need to purchase another 5 llves using another 20 gold coins. This has happened sporadically over the last 12 months or so that I've been playing this game. Just now I purchased 120 gold coins and had 40 of them disappear on me in this fashion, which is not only frustrating, but also means I'm being robbed several dollars at a time. Who or where can I take this up with? Thanks in advance for any assistance.
