Winter Wonderland Event - Gingerbread Tree

What happened to the Gingerbread Trees??? :(
They were big before but after the Winter Wonderland Event 2016 was over/finished, they became very small :( I bought a few of these gem trees as decoration but sad to see they are soo small now.
S8, can you please fix this?
