I was connected via Fb and never got a storm Id not knowing I needed one! I updated iPad and once done and I logged in I was at level 1 I was a level 92 over 300+ gems 700+ boosts and sadly 20 dice lol but have lost everything and spent a lot of money! Trying to put a work order In its asking for storm Id and temp storm id I'm lost did I lose everything perm? :confused:

Did you try logging back to FB and see if you get your game back? Just to check, were you able to submit your request to Support successfully? If yes, the Agent will assist you further with recovery.
