Paid but can't play

Paid 20gems to replay the flash tournament but won't let me play. I choose the amount of tickets but then it freezes and says processing and won't load the game with only 20 mins left of the tournament I have lost the 20 gems now :(

And I didn't recieve rewards for the tournament either when I was third last time I checked
