Spin To Win

This wheel should always be up. I think 10 runes, 5 gems, 10 gems, 5000 apples, 10,000 apples, and special edition habitats should be permanent items on the wheels as well as seasonal animals.

Is it possible to make the center Spin red circle a button that will spin the wheel instead of trying to slide spin it? My game is so laggy it will not spin. I've tried so many times and it moves a couple spaces slowly and stops. Please consider, thank you :)
