Babies can't be found

I have 3 star on every level in a couple of lands & have completed challenges but still do not have all babies for that land. What do I need to do to find all babies & receive bonus gems?

I have the same issue at The Lost Arctic.
The very last pet is hidden with the notice "Find and feed this hungry baby in the Lost Arctic". With 3 stars at every level I don't know where else to look. ))
