Edit maximum level for dragons

Attempting to raise frozen dragon to level 11 for challenge...When attempting level of the dragon has 10 as the maximum level.. Is there a procedure to override the maximum level...Please reply as the challenge ends within 2 days...Thanks so much!

If you buy the Noble Crystal you can feed your dragons up to level 15. It's in the Building menu and, if I remeber correctly, it costs 500,000 coins.
