Fail to watch ads and get bonus

I am not able to watch ads to win bonus. I have tried to restart the game but still doesn't work. When I try to watch ads to get free gifts, it is always loading.

I couldn't watch ads either, so i deleted the game and reinstalled it, but now the icon has been missing for more than 3days. I deleted and reinstalled and still not icon for free ads
