There is a great sale going on, there are items I have wanted for years but always seem to miss out on getting them because this game will not let me purchase gems?? Looks like I'm gonna miss out AGAIN because of this game!! I don't have any problems at all with other games, just this one!

Sorry to hear that! You can try logging out of your Apple/Google Play ID, and then logging back in. You will also need to purchase from the same account where you downloaded the app.
