Gold sale please

i havent seen a gold sale in awhile. need gold for new dragons n habs.

I have a general question about the gold sale!
On Device 1 with my Main Account i don't have a Gold Sale!
But on another Device with just a little Acc i have!
Both play on Android and the Game Version is also the same...
Why is a gold sale not generally available to all?! :confused:
