Free gift hanging

Hi,

For about a week the game hangs when clicking on free gift on iPad. I had to **** the program, but after restarting it was ok, I was able to collect all four gold. This is a second day since the free gift hangs all the time I press the button, and ****ing the game doesn't work any more.

Are you aware of this bug?

Can you share more information about what you mean by "free gift"? Do you mean when neighbors send you Gold gifts?

When I click on watch video button the game hangs. I have to **** it.
That button is on left side and is called "free gift "

Can you try restarting your device? Additionally, please make sure you are using the most recent version of the game. You can check your App Store to see if there are any updates available.
