What IS this?? Is the Holiday Cheer Bistro a 5 day availability limit or not?

My Android shows it as normal but my iPad has "5 days" next to the little icon thingy on my main restaurant page and "sale" plastered across the thumbnail in the design menu.

The Holiday Cheer Bistro is on sale, limited, for 5 days on both iOS and Android. Unfortunately, the banner does not show up on Android devices.

I would call that a MAJOR problem...I hope s8 is prepared for even more livid players than they are already getting slammed with.
