When I opened FF this am, it was a brand new FF with me as guest. I tried finding old game MagicPony in ITunes and Game Center, but could not find it.
The device is an IPhone, 10.1.1
Please tell me how to restore the right game.

Log into your Game Centre and then use the Logon Feature (http://forum.storm8.com/showthread.php?59955-iOS-New-Login-feature-in-Restaurant-Story!-(login-applies-to-all-games)&p=759602&viewfull=1#post759602) to transfer your Storm8 games to your device. Try this and see if you're able to recover your old FFS. If not, contact Support via support form (http://support.storm8.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) for further assistance.

How do I find the Game Center? It is not on my device as an app.

To log back into Game Center, please follow these instructions on your device:

1. Device Settings (little silver cog icon on your device)
2. scroll all the way down to Game Center
3. tap Game Center and login where it says Apple ID.
4. Restart game.

Thank you but could not find game in Game Center. Support did open a ticket on me so hope they can help me.

I too have lost my entire game, tried to go into Game Center with no luck and have sent in tickets twice this month with no response :-( I had to create a new account to find any kind of solution:-(

What do you mean "part one of log in thread"? Please be clearer. I too sent requests to Storm8 support with no results. Maybe they have too much business to care if they loses few?

I've tried re logging in and how's this for a kicker. Submitted a ticket almost a month ago, never got a response. Just saw my ticket was resolved when it haven't been. Opened it up again, was asked what occurred, when I replied I got this message. ##- Please type your reply above this line -##
Sorry! Your ticket has not been created. We no longer receive support requests through email.

Please submit your request using our Request Form to create a support ticket.

I'm married to a software engineer so I get it, programming is hard but customer support is a big part of having a company and would be nice if people cared about customers.

From what I know players who submitted via email have been redirected to Support Form and I'm not sure why you weren't, perhaps you can check your email.

Back to your issue, can you do the following and I'll help to pass your ticket in. :)
1. Submit your issue request to Support via support form (http://support.storm8.com/hc/en-us/requests/new). You'll get a ticket number after submission.
