All of my ovens and counters disappeared. I still have my gems and money and all of my tables and chairs. But my decor and other stuff disappeared. Help.

1) Make sure it's not just a slow connection.
2) If you haven't done so yet, force quit & restart.
3) If that fails, uninstall & reinstall the game--progress is saved on s8 servers, not your device, so you won't lose anything.
4) When all else fails, contact s8 through the customer service form. But it's thanksgiving, so don't expect a rushed response this weekend!

Sorry that you're having issues. Please try the helpful suggestions given by twospoons, usually a reinstallation will get your game back on track. You can contact Support via support form (http://support.storm8.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) if issue persists and have an agent to check your game.

I am sorry but the option is purchase the gem dispenser is no longer available at this time.
