new items showing up in newspaper - no info on them??

I'm level 69, no new shops or buildings showing as available but new items are showing up in the newspaper.
I can't find where these items are coming from. Are they from a higher level?
This has got my curiosity up, What's up??

Are these items orange in color, and do they have a clock icon on them? If so, they may be items collected from Stormie or the Baby Turkey that was a prize for the last event. They can be held over for the next event, saving time (and ingredients) on crafting.

yes, the are orange in color and have a clock icon, Didn't realize there was a crafting prize in that event.

update: turkeycopia is giving these items, I wish I had taken more time to try to get it - maybe 24 hr play :-)

So far I have received pumpkin pie and pumpkin truffle from the little turkey. I've also just received 25 coins, or other usual pet drops. The special items do have the timer next to them.
