Colonial Oven

I purchased a Colonial Oven months ago and finally just mastered all recipes but I didn't get my 12 gems from mastering them. Anyone know why?

You don't get a separate gift of 12 gems once you master all the recipes. You get 2 gems per recipe at mastery level 2 and level 4 instead of 1 gem like you would with other coin ovens. Since there are three recipes in that oven, that's 3 recipes times 2 gems times 2 mastery levels each which is 12 gems. You should have been getting your gems as you've been mastering your oven.
