Mate for Jack Russell dissappeared!

Hi - I've completed to collection with the Jack russell terrier prize, it is clearly marked as completed, but didn't get the jack russell terrier. I've waited, closed and restarted etc, and no luck on that. Also had my angora cat disappear and had to purchase the prize so I didn't have an empty play pen. Could I get my prize please. thanks!

I completed a collection and got the jack russell. Then I bought a mate to breed puppies. When I went to the nursery the other jack russell was gone. I've tried everything. Reinstalling the game, restarting my phone, but nothing works. I could just save some more coins and buy another mate, but what if that one dissappeares too? I tried contacting support but got no response. Anyone who knows how to fix this? Or what happened?

And now the exact same thing happened with the dachshund! I bought a mate, and started breeding a puppy. All of a sudden the mate is gone, but the puppy is still being bred in the nursery.
This is getting really annoying......

Same thing was happening to me. I just bought him and his mate in the shop. I thought it was a prize?? But, I do have my Jack Russel now. Support told me to figure it out myself. It's in the market, near the end of the dog breeds.

Contacted support also was sent here. Went to game and it wants me to rate it well hope you like 1 star it's not even worth that. No support, no help just hey save up more coins to buy it again. If it does it again will be deleting and reporting to Google support as a dead game that takes your money and doesn't provide help.

My Jack Russel mate has disappeared after purchasing it as well. This happened once before with my Angora Cat mate. Was sent to forums like everyone else. This is the only solution I came up with and it's not a very good one, since the original coins used to buy mates is still gone forever: I got my Angora Kittens by saving up money for both mate and kitten. Then buying mate and breeding them IMMEDIATELY (make sure you have nursery space to breed). If you exit game without breeding, it may disappear yet again. Hope this helps cushion the blow that this game blows. lol

Hello, I emailed support@storm8.com, and then was directed to fill-out a support ticket. When I submitted a ticket, I received a reply email, "We have limited support services for Pet Shop Story and will not be able to respond to individual requests. We apologize for the inconvenience." Is there any way to request support for this Pet Shop Story glitch?

Hi, S8 have looked into this for you. Has this been resolved for you? There are now 3 Jack Russell's in your game, so I'm hoping that is the case. Reinstalling the game should resolve this particular issue. We don't often recommend reinstalling, but it recommended for this issue.

Emailed support and was given the blow off, too bad so sad, case closed. This is the second time a dog went missing the first I wasn’t too sure what happened and just bought the dog again. Hi, sorry this happened to you also. As above, the only known fix is to reinstall your game. Please post if this fixes the issue for you. I can ask the team for you if the JR doesn't return. Please let us know.

Thank you for your reply. I don?t know what happened but he?s back. Thankfully I didn?t have to reinstall the app as I was worried about loosing my progress.
