Why is it so hard to get more land

If land is such a huge ongoing problem, shouldn't more be added? I'm not understanding why if so many loyal gold buying customers are stuck and can not buy habitats because of land, why are more and more habitats being released and no land or answers? Also looking around at others islands today many have every mining piece expanded. Maybe a good time to add more?

The mining land doesn't do that, it expands instantly. Hopefully they will add more soon. My neighbor is furious. She's not been able to buy the last 7 habitats and would have bought them all. 1000s and 1000s of dollars for her account to get pinned in a corner and ignored. It really is just wrong.

i think i once had an obstacles that takes 36 hrs to remove (i hope i remember correctly), that is crazy.
