Nope, just expired. It was a Spin to Win prize back in Nov. 2015 (red/yellow super rare). The way the game is going now, Cinnamon will likely show up as a miestone prize in a future leaderboard event or perhaps in a World Event. Definitely not worth paying for one, imho.
