Ophiuchus Dragon Charged Full Price Wrongly

I went to the Market while the Ophiuchus Dragon was still listed as 390 gold but was deducted the full 1,300 gold! It's not even available for sale for the full price anymore! I sent an email to support but was wondering if anyone else had the same issue.
