Something wrong in bingo won't give credit

I have collected in a quest in bingo at least thirty times but it keeps telling me to do it again. It then refused to give credit for the other item I needed for a bingo. This is important as it could cost he my placement in the league. Help p,ease

It resolved when the bingo closed I still managed to win as I was very far ahead sorry I never checked back
