What to keep & what to store?

My place is too overcrowded and I need to put some stuff away but can't make up my mind what. I'd love some suggestions as to what players find more valuable to keep out as in what comes up most in events or whatever. I'm not always around for the Thursday update so probably need to leave long timers out all the time.

any item that gives something useful over just coins or blue stars would stay out in my kingdom.
also, I have very little decorative items, and no incomplete quest buildings/items out.
seems most practical to me.
