When I tried to play the maze room, I was thrown out of the game two separate times, therefore losing my dice. Is there a problem?

When I tried to play the maze room, I was thrown out of the game two separate times, therefore losing my dice. Is there a problem?

You may be able to improve game performance by closing down background apps to free up more resources, and always force-closing the app instead of leaving it running when you exit.
