I completed the Halloween goals & placed all my buildings without any serious issues.... the game randomly kicks me out, but think that's tied into the drop-down windows that repeatedly tell you the same thing about: city worker built..., big city worker built... great big city worker built... etc, etc, etc. Extremely annoying as THAT is, my issue is that now all of a sudden I can't get into the game at all, it hangs at 29% and won't progress any further. I've shut my ipad completely off several times & tried restarting the game, but the exact same thing keeps happening. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Agree! I've worked too hard to lose everything.

Our game progress are saved on the Storm8 servers so you won't lose it. You just need to make sure you have your Storm8 ID and password. I know it can be scary to do this if you're doing it for the first few times.

If I can't get the game to ever load, how can I tell if I am logged in? I think I am, but I want to be sure before I delete and reload the game.

No worries Atlasland and no question is silly, this forum is for us to help each other. :) is "Atlasland" the ID you're playing on and you have set a password? Then it's fine to delete app, the ID and password are for recovery and transfer purposes. You need not log into game, just delete app, redownload from App Store and start game. If you're very uncomfortable with it, then don't do it but I'll have to send you to Support which will take several business days. I'm hoping the reinstallation will work for you guys like it did for me and other member, so you can get into your game faster. :)

I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. It worked, no progress lost and game is up and running as usual again. Its safe to delete it and reinstall it. I promise!!

You can try what I did to get into my game. Delete version 1.2.4 app, download and install it again. Alternatively you can wait for the team to release the new update for us. :)

Can NOT get my game to load!! I only had one other item to finish for the boardwalk orders now all that work will be gone!!! 😡 1.2.4 version and it automatically updated!! If it comes back I'm removing that auto feature AND if I lose my progress which I'm almost to level 28 and I maxed on storage plus on new two bridges, one I've completed and the other ALMOST completed not to mention the gems I have! I will be requesting a refund for the gems I haven't used (which is a lot) and will NEVER reinstall again and probably dump the rest of Storm8 games! Very aggravating/aggravated! 😡😡😡😡😡

I am playing on iOS device and I have lost count of the times I deleted and installed my S8 games apps over the years. You can look at other members who have posted in this thread that their games are fine after reinstallation. :)

I did the update as well and my game won't load past 29%. It did once, I gave the Monday to finish part 2 of my bridge, and then pretty much everything disappeared. Haven't been able to get back in after multiple attempts. I will try to delete and re-install.

Your Dream City uses the same Storm8 ID which you have for your other Storm8 games although it doesn't show it. See Create a Storm8 ID (http://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?92773-Dream-City-Game-Guide&p=1342131&viewfull=1#post1342131) for info.

I resolved the issue by deleting the game, then reinstalling it and then REBOOTING my tablet. Try it, hope it helps you as well!
