Ok I am working on sending 3 planes for the regatta

Ok finally got my third plane off clicked regatta thne went to pick another task

Says only 2 planes have been sent when I returned to my game

I actually had 3

Thats a glitch for sure

Try force closing your game when you're not playing and see if it works better. It also helps to avoid sync errors.
