Excuse me, i already knew that the event was over. My problem is that after upgrading (you proposed) i can not longer open the game. If i uninstall and install again i find everything i had won? Otherwise wait for the next update. Due.

If you reinstall your game, you will not lose any progress or items. Our games are stored on Storm8 servers, not on your own device so it's safe to delete the game and reinstall it. Have you tried all of the troubleshooting tips in the bugs forum? click here (http://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?92436-Game-Crashing-Can-t-log-in-Please-read-and-try-these-tips-before-posting). Make sure you've turned your device off/on; wifi off/on; clear up some space on your device; delete unused apps etc.

We get new stories/events most weeks on Thursdays. If you mean updates from the App Store/Playstore, then those are less common.

;) Sometimes the game has trouble loading because of your board layout. Try storing some items (decorations) next time you get on. It can help a lot too.

I also tried reinstalling the game bit seemed to be no solution. After several attempts i pressed an icon at random in another game and asked me to update google play service. Problem solved.
