Hi Everyone,

You will need to fill out a form by using the link below to submit a ticket. Since emails are no longer accepted, please use this form going forward. As usual, please make sure that you include your Storm8 ID, state which game you are having issues, description of the issues and screenshots, if any.

If you're reporting a bug in your game and your ticket is automatically closed it means you've chosen the wrong categories in the options. Try again. If it's an urgent/critical request, feel free to send me a private message with details of the problem.

Please do not post communications with Support on the forum as this is not allowed. Your post will likely be removed for forum violation and sent to a community manager for review. Forum rules can be found here (https://forums.storm8.com/forumdisplay.php?6-Forum-Rules-amp-Policies).


Submit a Support Request
Click on Support link: https://support.storm8.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Fill in the details in the Support Form
Click [Submit] to send your request

Sign into Your Account
Click [Sign in] at the top right of the Support Form screen to sign into your account
(You'll get a pop up sign in screen)
Enter your email address and password
(Click [Sign up] if you don't have an existing account OR click [Get a password] if you don't a password
Click [Sign in] to proceed

Check on Your Request
Click on the drop down arrow next to your name at the top right of the screen, once you have signed into your account
Click [My activities] and you'll see a list of your requests including your ticket number and the status of your request

If you have not received your reward after completing offers, please make sure you have done all of the following below:

- Competed all requirements and checked that you are eligible for the offer (some offers are only for new users for that service).

- Turned off any ad blocking software on your device. These software may interfere with earning Gems.

- Waited the 'Expected Waiting Time' shown on your offer in the 'Support' page within the offers page.

- If your offer status shows 'STATUS - VERIFYING', even after the expected wait time is up, tap the blue 'Report' button for that offer to contact Fyber.

- If your offer status shows 'STATUS - COMPLETED' and you have not received your reward, please contact Fyber for assistance.
