I emailed support on monday and got confirmation email.its now saturday and i have heard nothing.i downloaded bingo and slots but only received gold for slots- in my TWO accounts.obviously there is a time limit for downloading these games and the task can easily be taken away which is why i am posting in here

Can you check your email again? There's a new way to contact Support via form and from what I know, players who sent S8 an email will already be redirected to the forms to submit their request there.

Absolutely nothing in inbox or spam.if i fill that online form in then i would have to basically write the whole thing out again and i already have a number that i received in the original confirmation email (#)
