Deep sea oven has locked recipes

I recently bought the Deep Sea Oven. I can only make Cream Puffer Fish; the rest are locked and say "Goal". How do I unlock these? Or did I just buy and construct an oven that I can't fully utilize?

Sorry, but it's the latter. A few ovens that were part of a goal sequence are unlocked with the first recipe available, but the other recipes will stay locked if you weren't playing at the time the goal was active.
