Bakery Story game getting stuck

I have been playing Bakery Story and Restaurant Story and each time I change phones I re install these games. I dont mind starting again!!!! But this time the game keeps getting stuck and the only way to keep playing is to re boot. This is frustrating has anyone any ideas???
