Pay for 5 more moves and game crashes

I have had it happen at least twice with IOS 10.0.3 and game version 1.9.7. I purchase 5 more moves to finish a level, 325 in this case, and it adds the 5 moves but I can't actually move any pieces on the board. If I restart the game, I am back at the game board for a new try at the level. It happened once before on a different level a few days ago.
