Lost Everything Please Help

Lost everything after TL agent responded to a ticket I submitted about getting kicked out of game. Can anyone help me get my game back ? Please I already wrote TL back but no response.

What do you mean by lost everything? As in you load up the game and it's a new island at level 1?

Glad to hear you got back in! Game progress is saved to the servers, so it's recoverable. Just remember your Storm8 ID and the support recovery process is pretty smooth. :)
