haunted vines

Hello everyone,
Since the event stopped I 'm not getting haunted vines anymore. How do I ever upgrade my haunted castle without them? Are there other ways to get them?

Only way is using gems to buy :(

There is more info about how events work in the Hub. Only gems will upgrade any building/item once an event concludes.
