Restaurant gone

When I upgraded my iPad to iOS 10 I lost my restaurant. I tried logging in and out of Game Center and reinstalling the game but nothing works. It keeps starting me back at level 1. I've sent two emails to support over the last two weeks with no response. I need to know how to get my game back please.

Log into Game Center and complete the tutorial. Restaurant has the shortest tutorial. ^_^

Then your Game Center will kick in and load your progress. :)

I have already done the tutorial. Also, I tried to login with my storm ID "matocody1997" on the forums and it would not let me and told me my email address was not found. I had to set up a new storm ID for the forum "JenniferR1972" and now when I go into the game it is showing that as my storm ID.
