Not seeing final Halloween goal

Hello,

I'm not seeing the final Halloween goal which unlocks Mina's cupcakes. I am, however, seeing the side quests which unlock the costumed characters. Will I still be able to unlock the recipe if I master the cauldron recipes?

Do you remember if you have started Mina's goal last year? You wont get them this year if you have started it. The Mina's cupcake is only attainable via Mina's goals. Sorry... :(

The side quests are showing for you cos you didnt start it previously.
