I didn't find a thread to add new neighbours, so since the Halloween goals are here let's add our IDs to find active neighbours.

That's the link where to add people, look under "Social Casual and Social Arcade" tab there's a Add Me tab at the top of that page and look for Bakery Story and there's thousands of posts of Add Me for each month :)
