That is off topic. This thread is for the WereDragon.

But to answer your question, the Lotus Dragon cannot be bred. Only crafted, using Lotus Blossoms. Night Dragons are breedable. Breed a Blue type with a Purple type. To breed the Night Elf you need Black and Purple.

Sooooo happy!! One of my bingo tasks was to breed a Holographic Dragon so I paired it with Bliss and got 6 hours!!! It can only be a sweet little Were :D :D :D
