Hey guys, I wanted to start a thread to give you guys a chance to post your suggestions for Winter Holiday items!!

Halloween is almost here, but the winter holidays are fast approaching .

What type recipes, themes, items, etc. would you like to see added to the game?

This thread is for items, not for new game features or current feature changes.

Wishlist for new items:
?Giant 4x4 candy cane Christmas tree, little candy cane decorations, candy cane street lamps, candy cane roads could be cool for flooring, so many possibilities!
?A Christmas kitchen theme, filled with standard kitchen items but Christmasafied!

Wish list for sale items:
?Gingerbread crate
?Maybe some old 2013 Xmas goals re released like the halloween ones where?
?giant sales like 2 years ago! Just a variety of some old lost decorations that need some bakeries to call their home!

Loretta in a festive dress please!! There was one she was wearing in an ad for an older version of Bakery Story: Christmas that would be great:

All the characters like Aunt Loretta, Hazel, Natasha, etc all drssed in festive outfits and sitting down to a slap up Xmas dinner with mulled wine, Xmas pud/mince pies or other festive baked goods. The table will have nice Xmas d?cor and Xmas crackers on top.
Credit to youki388 for the above. She suggested it last year and it would still be wonderful to see in the game. As a bonus, this could easily be a final goal prize and it would be fantastic.
Jean-Pierre building a snow-quembouche. Please please please!
More cocoa recipes (ex. cinnamon cocoa, peppermint cocoa, gingerbread cocoa, etc.)
Returning boxes and recipes
I've suggested it before, but: a nutcracker-type update with sugarplum recipes (ex. Sugarplum Pudding, Sugarplum Pie, Sugarplum Tart, Sugarplum Trifle- pretty much anything plum-related could work)
Holly bushes covered with a dusting of snow
A re-release of previous winter items, like the Winter Proposal, Romantic Skate, Firewood, Holiday Fireplace, and various other items (and boxes too!)
Kids (different skintones please) sitting down and opening presents

There's a lot more where that came from, but I'll come back to organize my thoughts a bit better :)

How about christmas lights and santa wall paper and snowflakes tiles along with different types of ham recipes and different flavors of eggnog with christmas tree and christmas lights and snowy windows along with old christmas items and recipes.... Also how about reindeer tables and chairs. One more thing how about u bring back the locked christmas and thanksgiving goals alot of us missed out on. Including old recipes.. That would greatly be appreaciated....

-single male and female characters to place as the host behind the register.
-gem objects that are below 20 so it's actually more attainable.
-past goals
-winter beverage bar object
-food items that are holiday diverse like how chanukah has challah bread, Christmas has cookies, as well as other belief foods.
-more variety of Christmas trees.

PLEEEEEEASE the aunt loretta in a christmassy outfit! really, any of our regulars in holiday attire. and J-P building a snow croquembouche would be amazing. pixiegamer even already gave you the pun, and we know how you love those!

and i loved my own idea last year (modesty? what's that?) of a christmas tree decorated with cookies and cooking implements. but any variety of tree is good with me.

truffle chairs would also look great in a holiday bakery, don't you think?

Thank you for asking! I'd love a Hanukkah themed bakery choice! Lots of blue and white, 7 branched menorah, cookies, donuts, any recipe cooked in oil. How about a little Maccabee guy for our registers? I'd love a balance to the other holiday. Thank you for listening!

I would love to see gingerbread items the most! And I love the past crates being reintroduced at 12 gems, as you did for Fall & Halloween. Really hope you'll do that for Christmas! Would also like to see some Holly decor. And I agree with the comment about making sure the flooring and wallpaper match, or are closely related. Sometimes the two don't even go together when they're released. I couldn't be more pleased with the Halloween offerings. Hope Christmas is similar, regarding all the variety of new & old items offered, plus past crates.

I'll reply after few other players here but I really would love to get some gingerbread staff and also reindeers from 2012 I believe. And if old X'mas boxes would be for 12 gems... And I always wanted to have that Santa's Grotho ☺

Well here's my idea. I just left bs 2 I'm waiting for icing to start a cake. Perfect time to post. How's about some cakes or cookies shaped like animals? Like a beautiful polar bear cake with a red scarf? Or a penguin cake? Not a flat cake but a cake that is upright to put on a counter be beautiful! Some nice cookies like lemon drops or iced animal cookies only Xmas style. A snowman tipping his stovepipe hat? A red cardinal bird cake or cookie? Well just a shot in the dark lol.

For RS & BS.
Ornament wreaths as well as ornament wall lights.
A couple on a beautiful sleigh ride with horses. Snow under sleigh of course.
Possibly make an elegant sleigh for above. With a blanket around couple's shoulders
and another across their legs. I'd say white fur instead of blankets. But well ya know.
Winter park wallpaper. As in evergreen trees in background and it seems to be snowing.

Vintage Christmas theme.
Stockings as a wall decor.
People decorating the Christmas tree.
Carolers
Snow bunnies, Artic foxes, Snowy owl, etc.

Also could do a Modern Style Christmas theme.

Break out of the box, use COLOR! Christmas is full of color!
Not just red, green, white, blue.

Eggnog recipe, hot apple cider, that fruitcake that everyone passes around..lol
Christmas punch, grinch punch, fancy trifles.

As others have said, please bring back old Christmas decorations and oven/stoves/drink machines.

Peppermint stick ice cream, peppermint tea and cocoa, Santa/reindeer/snowman shape cookies.

Anything music related for Christmas and The Nutcracker themed. Santa playing a Christmas piano with holly on it, Christmas lights, reindeer singing holding sheet music, etc.

I think Bakery Story generally needs more trees/hedges {like Restaurant Story provides!}
Please bring some seasonal trees & hedges to create an outdoor scenery.

& I absolutely second Snow bunnies, foxes, owl, {stags/deers, red robins would be lovely!}

We need more variety or dividers, like iron railings & street lamps.

& of course, we need more seasonal tiles {snow /w footprints, ice, frosted, sparkly tiles}

I loved Lady Ena's suggestion of a vintage Christmas.
I'd like an old fashioned ENGLISH Christmas....a La Agatha Christie.
Specific items: Yule log (decor not as recipe), 4x4 holly bough cutting party, a gigantic old pudding stirred in a cauldron ye olde style...cocoa lots of cocoa...and yes a new Christmas outfits for loretta and hazel...

Recipes could be birds' milk cake, tula gingerbread, pastels, prague cake, baked apple, oladie, kutya (Christmas pudding), or Vatrushka (like a cream cheese pastry).

After going through the floor decoration market, I noticed there was a real lack of people dressed for colder weather :( It would be nice to see some warmly-dressed people in some future updates. Examples:

Hazel in a warm sweater and boots
Jean-Pierre wearing a trench coat and beret
A warmly-dressed couple walking, sharing an umbrella
A little boy in a raincoat jumping in a puddle
A little girl whose umbrella accidentally got turned inside-out!
A customer wearing a scarf and mittens, clutching some piping hot coffee in their hands
An "over-bundled" character, whose puffy jacket is making them look like a stuffed pumpkin
A character taking off their scarf to hang on a coat rack
A fireplace setting, with one customer warming up in front, and another standing to the side with a mug of hot cocoa

Other things for colder weather:

Outdoor heaters
Freestanding umbrellas we can place outside
A grey skies wallpaper with lots of clouds
More fireplaces (maybe some 3x1 ones?)

Recipes:

Marshmallow Cocoa, Macchiato, Caramel Latte, Cinnamon Mocha, etc.

Previous winter themed ovens that aren't available; first place items out of winter themed boxes - especially the Gingerbread Baker from the Holiday Gift box. Thanks S8 for making that available and on sale during Black Friday. Kept trying but never got the 1st place prize. :-( Absolutely love that box! New Christmas themed recipes on the regular oven/old recipes that are locked, etc. Maybe a previous Christmas themed goal with some old ovens. Christmas wallpaper and tile for coins please!

Actually, if i had to pick from the goals i completed which one i wish they'd reissue so i could get it in my newer bakeries, i'd go for 2014's elf bakery before i went for 2013's christmas lights. (2015 was the titan tannenbaum). if they were willing to go back further than that, then bring on the reindeer!
