Declining Star Rating

I tip all my friends and I return tip yet my star rating went from 3 stars to 2 stars. What's going on?

Ummm... When you say all your friends... Is that 10, 15, or 100 people? Also, are you tipping daily? The star rating is based on the number of folks you tip in general, not the number of nbrs you're tipping. Not sure if that helps... ?? It's a lot easier to maintain you're rating if you're floating at the max for your rating (little bar under your star) than at the minimum.
