It is written *not found though breeding* for Franken dragon so the only to get it is to buy it, isn't it ?

The dark one dragon is not a prize in tales event.. Its another from battles.. You get the required parts randomly in battles..

Yes, only available to buy. It's not breedable.

There are eight parts for The Dark One in this tournament. I wonder where the other 27 come from!

You won't be immediately able to craft, the other parts will be from future content. :)
