Maybe I have a good idea.
I put a lot of time in tipping everybody. But when you 4 stars nothing happens.
Maybe a reward is possible. You can het 6 stars instead of 4.
When you have 6 stars you get a gem or cash. ( I prefer gems ;) )
Ofcourse it will take more energy to keep it a 6-star restaurant.
Then there is more motivation for the tipping.
