Hi

I'm having a problem since yesterday....i can't ask for helping gloves...it keeps refreshing only 😩

Can you post the screen at which you are stuck at? Can you also check that your connection is good. :)

Thanks for the screenshot. I just tried and it's working for mine. Can you try to log out and in to your FB account via game? Hopefully this works.

Try revoking permission from Facebook. Go to Facebook, go to Settings > Apps > remove RS2 from your list , then restart your game and trying logging into facebook again.

I am so sorry Shooter! You may have to send an email to support@storm8.com for assistance.

One last thing to try is deleting and reinstalling the game.

Make sure you have a storm ID and password set up for your game.

I am having the same issue. It's been a few days. I receive quick serve requests and answer the requests. But when I try to send requests, it freezes at the same "loading" icon and just do not progress. I tired every suggestion listed here before, it didn't work for me either.

Anyone else facing this problem? Or any other suggestions?

They don't solve the probs any way....it hasbeen 2 weeks since i sent them an email

Are you saying you havent hear from Support? If so, you can send me your ticket number via private message and I'll help to add it to Kooky's report. Otherwise, please revert back to the email and let Support know it didnt work. Thanks.

They replied that they'll try to fix it...then they wrote it's fixed!!! I again sent them email letting them know that i still have the prob and it's not solved yet but they didn't even reply me:(

Since the Uncle Sam cruise ended I have not been able to ask for quickserves...is this a known issue or should I contact support?

I just tested and was able to send out quick serves requests in my game. Can you try again? Please let me know what is the error message or where you are stuck at if issue persists. Thanks.

There is no error message. I select the friends (doesn't matter if it's only 1 or all 50) and hit the green send button. The white box opens up but nothing ever appears in it. I've tried logging in and out of Facebook thru the game and on Facebook but I still get the empty white box. No way to confirm to send requests.

You are one of the friends I've tried to send to repeatedly over the last week, too. I get your regular gift requests and I can return those.

I had the white box when I first opened it. I closed the screen and opened it again. It loaded at the 3 attempt. Try yours and wait a bit - it might take a little longer depending on the list. You might need to clear cache and restart your device.

By the way, I have not sent any request for a long time, almost a year, until your report. I'm not sure why you got requests from me regularly. I do send quickserves as gifts to neighbours though. I'll keep an eye out for your request. Hope you are able to load the list.
