I just recently accidentally used up 10 gems to purchase 10,000 coins. It happened when I didn't have enough coins to buy a certain item, so a popup showed up asking me if I would like to purchase extra coins with gems. My finger accidentally touched the screen, and suddenly the purchase was made. I'd like to see an extra confirmation for any purchase with a gem, because it's all too easy to accidentally touch an area that confirms the purchase. Another option would be to have an Undo option immediately after the purchase.
